Important Notification 1/24/2025:

The next Board meeting is February 13th at 7 pm. An agenda will be posted soon. Items to be discussed are the Clubhouse A/C, pool resurfacing, and landscape contract. 

There is an important Civic Meeting scheduled for February 19th at 7pm. A quorum is needed as we will be voting on:
New A/C Unit
Repairing Pool Leaks
Resurfacing pool.
